Hi, I’m Allie!

I help families welcome little ones into their homes, their hearts, and the world. I’m a lot of things - a childcare professional, a postpartum doula, a personal family chef, a baby name encyclopedia…

But enough about me,

I wanna hear about YOU!

What Is A Postpartum Doula?

Doula” is a broad term that refers to a non-medical professional who is trained to provide physical and emotional support, as well as evidence based information and resources, to people who are experiencing transition. There are many types of Doulas: birth doulas, miscarriage/ bereavement doulas, death doulas, and many doulas who serve more than one community.

The “Postpartum” period refers to the period of time following birth, typically from the first few months up to a year.

For me, being a Postpartum Doula is about being your cheerleader at home base. While I don’t personally assist with birth (ask me for my stellar recommendations for birth doulas!) I am here before and after your little one comes home to ensure a smooth and seamless transition, to make sure you are well fed and well rested, and to ensure that your first few months with your child are as special and sacred as they should be.

What Clients are Saying

"When I think back to my postpartum period after my first child, I don’t know how I would have managed without Allie. She was a steady, reassuring presence during a time that often felt overwhelming. Our baby had colic, which made those first few months especially challenging to navigate. Allie stepped in with the perfect balance of knowledge and compassion, helping me understand my baby’s cues and supporting me through the health changes that come with postpartum recovery.”

Jennifer K.

"As a mom of a toddler, having Allie present in the time after my second baby was born felt essential to my health as a mother and our health as a family. She nurtured, not only our baby, but us as a family. She gave us exactly what was needed in a time when we didn’t even know how to express our needs.”"
